the hotel location was great. the building itself was beautiful. the staff team was friendly and efficient, which i appreciated.

i had to carry my own bags to the room. i found this inconvenient upon arrival. the breakfast was very expensive, with slow service. i had to ask multiple times for my coffee.

historical overview super clean service convenient car park friendly staff

The hotel staff gave a brief history of the building upon arrival. My room included floor to ceiling windows on one side and a super clean turn-down service. The NCP car park is conveniently located just opposite the building. The Palm Court bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The spa visit I made felt tranquil. Molly listened to my skin concerns before the facial. My skin felt hydrated afterward. It looked clear. Breakfast options included fresh pastries.

superb stay!

amazing staff renovated building fresh milk seamless stay

I stayed for three nights. the staff was amazing. the renovated building holds so much history. You can feel it! i really appreciate that you can request fresh milk rather than uht. my stay was seamless!!!

signage in the corridors could be better. it was hard to navigate and too easy to get lost just to find a lift. this was unnecessarily so.

the room overlooked the main road, but i couldn't hear a thing! the room was clean and tidy, and the towels were kindly replaced even though i had kept my used ones. it was great.
