the location was very central. the room was clean when i arrived. breakfast had a wide selection of items available and was organised.
the sofa bed was not comfortable. my daughter said she could feel all the springs. the rooms had scratches and battered spots in places. i did not realise this hotel doesn't have baths.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I checked in quite early. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, beans, hash browns and bacon. There were also cereals, fruits, yogurts, bread and waffles.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable. My daughter felt the springs. The rooms looked scratched. I did not realise this hotel does not have baths.

The location was perfect for exploring the docks and the city center! I really appreciated that the room was nice and clean. The bed had a firm mattress and I found it very comfy. The staff was lovely, too!

the location are close to the docks. the front desk staff are excellent and very friendly. my room was good with no issues and the aircon works good and bed are comfortable.
my room needed some tlc and the fan are dusty. the walls are worn with paint chipped. the sliding bathroom door do not close all the way so there aren't privacy.

I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The hair dryer and iron with board were very useful to me. The staff were helpful, especially Ms Demi. She had a good attitude. Breakfast was quite delicious.
The sliding door to the shower room has a visible gap on the side. This offers very little privacy in the bathroom.
