The breakfast layout was beautiful. It included a range of fruits, yogurt, pastries, breads and cooked breakfast items. The room provided towels, robes and slippers (very soft ones!).
The lifts were difficult to figure out. They were very hit or miss in terms of actually functioning. I also observed the staff seemed too busy to speak. They did not offer assistance when I struggled with the lifts.

Nice Service Experience

The server Siva provided good service during our work event. Siva ensured our group received everything needed. He gave us a heads up before the bar closed. He made sure everyone had a last free drink. Tara at reception checked us in early. She was cute.
The bathroom sink drain made a loud gurgling sound, it was a minor but present problem.

i found that there was no bottled water in the room. the receptionist stated i needed to pay extra for a room with water, and the tap water was drinkable. i question the tap water as it smelled like chemicals at breakfast, something i'm not prepared to drink.

The location was acceptable. It was easy to get to nearby attractions.
The minibar was empty. There were no drinks or snacks available, something I expected at this price point. The bathroom had a strange smell, like stale cleaning products. This lingered throughout my stay. I found hairs in the shower upon arrival, off-putting.

The family room was spacious with a walk-in shower.
The bathroom sink had peeling areas and stains. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited for vegetarians. I noticed a lack of slices. Only two coffee machines served the whole breakfast area, and one wasn't working correctly (a bit of a letdown).
