Immaculate room and great bath

The room was immaculate and had everything i needed. The bath was deep and luxurious. Sky Sports on the TV was a plus (a nice surprise!). I am definitely coming back.

the staff offered a warm welcome. asia at the front desk greeted me upon arrival. they stored my luggage after checkout. i enjoyed a hot drink on the sunny waterfront terrace before leaving.
the adjacent car park is not owned by the hotel it is very expensive for overnight parking.

the room was quiet and pleasant. the shower was great and the bathroom was better than many i have seen. the river mersey view was good from the bedroom it was a good size too.

the room included tea and coffee trays , a nice addition. breakfast had many options , particularly on the continental side. the bathroom was also quite nice , a good size and very clean.
i found the hotel a little dark in the common areas.
