The location was AMAZING, close to many restaurants and pubs, and a beautiful canal. I found the room to be very tidy. I really felt it was perfect for a romantic getaway. Check-in was easy and quick. I experienced no issues at all. Breakfast was also really good, and there was so much variety!

There's also complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel, which i really appreciated. A business center provides computers and printing services, a plus for working while traveling.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. Check-in was quick and efficient, and i appreciated their professionalism. Housekeeping maintained a clean and tidy room throughout my entire stay, which I found important.

The air conditioning was not working in my room, so it was very hot throughout the night. i found this particularly bothersome. also, the bed was creaky. Any movement caused a loud, disturbing noise. i reported it upon checking out, the receptionist did not seem concerned or offer any resolution.

The location is superb. i could easily walk to several attractions. the staff were friendly and very helpful. They assisted with directions and provided recommendations. i found the hotel clean, offering a comfortable experience.
the tv remote in my room required new batteries.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was well-served and offered a posh standard from the beginning. The location of this hotel was also a big plus. The staff were polite and friendly.
The room felt quite basic for what I expected. The bathroom decor seemed dated, almost like it was from the 1990s. The TV channel selection was also limited, providing very few options.

the reception was efficient. the king room was a great size with a huge comfy bed. the shower was fantastic. breakfast was self service, but it offered everything. the staff was lovely and attentive making for a smooth operation, even with a busy morning.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't effective. i'd have really appreciated a fan with the heat.
