The location was central. The hotel provided free hot drinks and water throughout my stay, a thoughtful touch I found very welcome. The room included effective air conditioning, a real bonus given the warm weather.
The sofa bed mattress had visible stains and springs poking through, impacting sleep quality. It needs a replacement to ensure a comfortable stay.

The staff was very helpful. i found secure parking within the hotel. the room had a nice layout and was very clean. It was spot on for my visit to the utilita arena, a ten-minute walk away.
the out of order sign was on the coffee machine at reception.

the train station and utilita arena were nearby. shops were close. the location of the hotel was excellent and convenient. the coach stop on flixbus was a five minute walk.
