jennet provided a warm welcome and amazing service during my afternoon tea. i received finger sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, individual cakes, and macaroons. i also had unlimited refills of tea and coffee. prosecco was a nice touch too
the toilet was separate from the bathroom and i accidentally squashed my finger in the auto-closing hinge

The room was very clean, very big and decorated nicely! The hotel separated the toilet and bath to different rooms, I liked it. The location was quiet, away from the bustle. Super helpful and friendly staff. The beds were great, offering a restful night.
The room did not have enough plug sockets for all our devices, so we had to unplug lamps to charge everything.

Ionut noticed my accor membership immediately and upgraded my room (i was actually surprised!). salo and corrina provided very good service throughout my stay. my room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the gym was great. i loved the beautiful sauna and super service with great coffee at breakfast.
