the reception staff was nice and helpful. they answered my questions about local transport very quickly. i got a twin room on the fourth floor and it was quiet at night. the location works well because it is near the station.
the bathroom was small.

the room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. the staff quickly fixed my keycard when it stopped working late at night, which i really appreciated.
the car park had limited spaces, i had to find alternative parking nearby but this was a very slight issue.

the hotel's location made it easy to get to the train station in a short walk of about 6-7 minutes. being near the bull ring and indoor market made shopping very convenient. the hotel sits in the chinese quarter too.

breakfast offered a good selection of items and the food was lovely on both mornings. the bar operated 24/7 and , made it convenient to relax after returning from events. i could unwind downstairs before heading to bed.

The breakfast offered several choices. I found the selection quite satisfying and prepared very well. The location proved convenient for getting around the city. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Their assistance was valuable .
I noticed the bathroom door had a significant gap at the bottom. This affected privacy.
