The standard double room i had was disappointing. the soundproofing was poor. I heard street noise all night. the coffee provided in the room was of poor quality. i expect better from a hotel of this rating, and i didn't sleep well because of it.

convenient location close shops opulent feel absent staff unavailable bar staff redirection
The building is located right opposite the train station. Made it easy to find. the shops are very close. the hotel had a yesteryear opulent feel.
Staff were regularly absent in the bar. The bar was meant to be open 24 hrs . i was told they were 'redirected' to other areas. there was no staff available when i tried to get a drink.
