My premium king room provided ample space. The bed offered great comfort. I found the breakfast selection extensive. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.

I noticed a light switch was loose on the wall. it created a minor inconvenience. I hope maintenance can address this soon

the breakfast had many options. I enjoyed the cooked english items, fresh fruit, and yogurt. the breakfast team was really fantastic about service. the hotel had a safe and secure parking. there was a good daily rate for it.

i found old, empty shampoo bottles. i see dirty toilets and rooms too. urine stains marked the toilet seat upon my arrival to the room. the tv wasn't setup properly, so BBC news didn't work. netflix also did not work.

The breakfast was great. It included an English breakfast option and a continental breakfast. The staff was helpful. They were ready to support us whenever we needed.

The TV did not work. Maintenance provided another one. The choice of TV channels was very poor. There was no room service menu in the room.
