the room was very warm. a great sea view was a bonus. the staff allowed external food delivery. the hotel provided a room for eating in.
the shower barely produced water and the second day lacked hot water completely. snack options at the bar were very limited. i noticed dirty walls in the room. i also found the room to be quite cold.

The reception manager, Nathan, linked all my bookings and arranged the same room for my stay. He provided a warm welcome. The restaurant manager, Ian, found me a table companion. Chef Phil cooked breakfast and a three-course evening meal with ample portions.
The lift only accommodates two people. It rocked and shook during operation. Sometimes, it did not align with the floor level.
