The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options, including hot food cooked perfectly. cereals, croissants, toast, muffins, yoghurt, and fruit. A tram stop across from the hotel provides convenient access to attractions.

The breakfast selection was acceptable and included both hot and cold items.
The room I was given was quite basic for what I paid. The decor felt tired. The television channels didn't work, not ideal. The shower's temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either too cold or scalding hot.

I appreciated the ample parking available . The room I had was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant had a lovely sitting area nearby and offered a great view of the water during breakfast. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
I noticed the bathrooms appear a little outdated.

The room I got was quite small and faced a wall, so there was no view at all. A very noisy fan kept running in the bathroom! The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable either. People were slamming doors in nearby rooms late at night. It was quite disruptive.

The hotel location proved to be very convenient (it's near the tram stop). The breakfast offered a great variety. I particularly enjoyed the hot food options, cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was tired and somewhat dated. It lacked a sufficient number of electrical sockets. I found this inconvenient when trying to charge multiple devices at night (like my phone and tablet).
