The breakfast was excellent. A solid start to each day.
The room I had, a Premium King Room, felt quite small. The bathroom was also tiny. There was very little space to put personal items. I ALSO experienced noise issues with thin walls. I could hear neighbors and hallway activity clearly.

the team was very accommodating. patrick from the dining service arranged afternoon tea at the ruby room! our room felt spacious, and the bed offered superb comfort. i also savored great drinks at the bar.
The reception felt standoffish. The checkin seemed quiet! i received no information about the hotel, only room keys. basic amenities were overlooked in favor of furnishings and finishes. the lack of curtains in the bedroom led to early morning light.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. they seemed to try their best. the location was convenient, a short walk to the city center and bus routes.
the room was rather noisy. i could hear people outside in the smoking area because the hotel is beside a pub. the pillows werent comfortable, i struggled to sleep well due to this.
