The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions. the hotel is close to several tourist areas, easily walkable. i found it convenient that the hotel is located on a quieter street. This assured minimal street noise. there were coffee and snacks available for purchase in the lobby.
the room had very little space to move around, and there was no place to store or hang clothes.

the location is very central, near a main tram line. access to the luas is safe and close. this made getting around the city quite easy.

a nice place for breakfast is down the road and it is called wuff. a late tesco shop at smithfield stop allows getting snacks and water for the room. these nearby options added convenience.

The hotel looks new and well kept. air conditioning was quite effective. i found it very clean. It smelled nice upon arrival.

The rooms are fairly basic but clean with a nice bathroom. the bathroom has a good shower and plenty hot water. the bed was comfortable. This was good after long days.

the hotel's location was superb i could easily reach the city center. checking in and out were quick processes i appreciated the efficiency. the beds were also comfy so i got a good night's sleep
the room wasn't cleaned every day which was a slight inconvenience

I felt so thrilled about the location as it helped me see many city attractions easily. Staff showed amazing friendliness and provided efficient service always. I found the room very clean. I totally recommend it for a getaway!

The room size was a major issue. It was really cramped. I could hardly move around the bed. There was also no place to put my luggage, I had to keep it on the floor. The lack of space. and there was no hairdryer in the room.
