the location was convenient to explore nearby attractions. i found the on-site parking a definite advantage. the shared areas had a good supply of drinks and snacks.
sound proofing between rooms was not ideal i was woken by guests arriving late. there was no fridge i could use. i reported a blocked shower drain upon leaving.

The included breakfast had a good selection. I also appreciated the complimentary cooked addition on my second morning. easy, free parking was available right outside since the main car park was full. i found this very convenient.
i did notice that the charm seemed diminished compared to what i expected. key lockboxes and vending machines are now in the reception area, it didn't feel as upscale as i thought it would.

this hotel is conveniently situated just off lisburn road, granting easy access to various city attractions. the neighborhood is quiet and it allows guests to enjoy a peaceful experience. restaurants and shops are also nearby.
