immaculate room comfortable bed harbour view
The room was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out. I enjoyed the very comfy bed and good shower. I had a lovely view OF the harbour.

The breakfast included homemade yogurt in little pots and pastries. The restaurant offered a wide selection of local dishes, AS well as drinks. The food in the restaurant was very good in the evening.

The hotel rooms were super clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable, AND the bathroom was also clean. My room had a lovely view OF the bay.

The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Staff were cute, efficient, and became like friends. The staff provided great recommendations FOR local attractions.

friendly check-in lovely room helpful staff great location
the check-in was friendly and quick and i received a welcome pack upon arrival i had a comfortable and peaceful stay and appreciated the staff being warm and willing to help with any questions about exploring the area the hotel is in a great location and i found easy parking near the premises. i enjoyed quick access to the ferries for day trips

the room was compact and cozy and it was equipped with everything needed i loved the boats view from the shower area and the bed was comfortable providing a restful night's sleep. the cleanliness was excellent as well.

I enjoyed AMAZING food. Super fresh ingredients made every meal a delight. The staff were very helpful. They couldn't do ENOUGH for us. I also found the breakfast lovely. The team moved us quickly when the shower stopped working, and that was very helpful.

helpful staff delicious seafood great advice strict policy upset teenager condescending response
I enjoyed the delicious seafood. Staff gave great advice on food and wine pairings. Molly and Amy helped a lot with the food choices. A suggestion to add ribs from Amy really pleased our group.
The manager swiftly told our teenager to use headphones or switch off her phone. This happened even though the phone's volume was low. Our teenager became very upset (she has a disability). The manager said it was the same rule for everyone.
