The Inn is situated on land known as 'Bogroy', from the Scottish Gaelic 'Bòg Ruadh', meaning 'Reddish-brown bog'.

My room was quite cold, and despite reporting it, the heating only worked briefly. The hotel provided a space heater, but it was a poor substitute for proper heating (I was not very pleased).
