Dog-Friendly Delight!

welcome bag thoughtful touch
The staff extended really good hospitality to our dog. A welcome bag held a toy, treats, and waste bags. The server asked if our dog would like a sausage, a thoughtful touch.
The sash window in our room did not stay open. The blind was also non-functional, a slight inconvenience.
Service
10/10
The staff was helpful and polite. They were always ready to assist. Staff allowed us to leave our car in the car park for the week while we travelled. I felt supported during my whole stay. The team was just amazing.

The staff were always helpful and very friendly. The hotel offered complimentary parking. The location was near the city centre.
My room seemed a bit faded and could use some freshening. There were some silly things, like holes in the wall! The wardrobe shelves were clearly broken.
