the upgraded room was excellent. it was very spacious, well heated and very well decorated. the bathroom had a large size, and the shower worked perfectly.
i did notice a small stain on the carpet, but it wasn't a big problem at all.

the room was lovely. fixtures and fittings were nice.
i found sleeping difficult. a vibrating noise persisted throughout the night. also, there was no hot chocolate provided in the room. not even a small biscuit was present.
