The early check-in was helpful, letting us settle in without delay. I loved that the hotel's location allowed us to stroll to nearby restaurants with ease. Parking was convenient, a definite plus! Tony, the night attendant and chef, were very good by preparing an early breakfast when he knew about my early departure for the airport.
The hot water took quite a while to come through. It felt a little inconvenient.

The breakfast included several choices. Each dish was freshly cooked and tasted delicious! The whisky bar offered a wide selection, with well trained staff ready to help. Supper was also very well prepared, with great service.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. Reception staff addressed any queries promptly. The team provided excellent support throughout my stay, solving all requests immediately.

The location suited me, it was close to the town centre. i found the beds comfortable. staff were helpful and friendly . Their service was prompt.
The room felt cold, regulating the heating wasn't easy. during the night, i heard strange noises, which disrupted sleep. the building felt dated. I noticed chipped sanitary ware and fitted carpets throughout.
