quality breakfast convenient location water bottles parking difficulty
The breakfast was of Really good quality. I noted a wide array of options was available, including both hot and cold selections. The hotel's location is quite convenient, very close to various points of interest.
I observed a lack of complimentary water bottles in the room. The parking situation presented SOME difficulty. The lot looked small and filled up rapidly.

comfortable bed spacious room great staff poor soundproofing heavy door weak air conditioning
the room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. all staff, including reception, breakfast manager, bar tenders and cleaners go above and beyond. they always engaged with us and ensured we had a good time. a lovely hotel situated close to city center.
the soundproofing wasn't great, and i could hear lots of noise from the room above. the door to the room was heavy, it was so much that i thought my key didn't work at first. the air con don't seem to go lower than 18°.

mixed experience with some issues
faulty air conditioning uncomfortable temperature
I was disappointed that the air conditioning in my room did not work. it remained around 22c. i reported this multiple times. Staff said it was fixed, but it was not.
