the staff was very friendly and helpful and were always available with a smile. breakfast had many options at the self-serve buffet and a table service menu on weekends. the location is excellent it is a few minutes walk to the centre yet quieter than expected. i found parking nearby very reasonable and convenient.
i noticed some scaffolding outside which slightly detracted from the overall impression.

the hotel features a pub and a restaurant which allows for convenient dining. it is close to many shops and restaurants which provides variety for dining and shopping. it has proximity to churches and the cathedral nearby.

i had a large room with a comfortable bed and a fully functioning bathroom which i appreciated. the tv had netflix a nice extra and i enjoyed the river view from my room. the room lacked air conditioning.

the location is right on the river offering very nice walks along the banks. it is near the main bus station which makes travel easier and convenient. this allows easy access to the city center with many shops and restaurants nearby.

check-in was easy and i got into my room an hour early as it was ready which i found accommodating. the receptionists were friendly and helpful . they were available to assist with any requests.

the breakfast was very good with many options to choose from and unlimited amounts if needed. the order and food were served promptly which ensured a satisfying meal. it had great selections for breakfast and was readily available.
