The staff were so friendly. anne at reception was fantastic. She helped me with directions! the room was super clean and the double bed was super comfortable. It seemed like sleeping on a cloud. the free breakfast had a pancake machine. It was a game changer!

check-in was quick and easy. i had to ask for extra towels and the request was dealt with immediately. the on-site restaurant offered a buffet breakfast with food constantly refreshed. free tea and coffee were available for the entire visit.
The pillows were uncomfortable. When i asked at the reception for feather pillows, they did not have any.

the room lacked sufficient power sockets this was inconvenient the bed was unstable any movement caused shaking finally breakfast options for vegetarians were too limited i found this disappointing there should be more variety available to cater to different dietary needs. i found this lacking and it impacted my experience negatively.
