clean roommissing remotesewage smell
the room was clean and had everything i needed.
The tv remote was missing when i arrived. there was also a sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains. i found this disappointing as i really like the location and haven't had similar issues on previous visits. I expected better maintenance.

the location was acceptable, plenty of things nearby.
I requested a quiet room, i did not get one. there was music from an outdoor lounge below. I could hear it and feel the vibrations through the floor. the pillows seemed to vibrate with the bass. also, coffee and milk were not refilled after the room was serviced.

I found the location very central. Parking was available on site with a discount (quite helpful). The bed was also very comfy. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. They offered guidance for navigating the area, too.

The room featured underfloor heating and an anti-mist bathroom mirror. It also had very clean and modern look. The space felt large enough for comfortable movement (a real plus).

Complimentary coffee and pastries are available in the morning. This setup allows a quick breakfast. I found it particularly convenient before a long day of sightseeing (the croissants were delicious!).

The location provided easy access to key attractions. Our Smart Studio offered ample space. I appreciated the complimentary croissants and coffee each morning. The staff was helpful with directions and local recommendations. (A very big plus!)
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It fluctuated slightly.

the location worked out fine, it was near shops and restaurants.
The room wasn't so clean, i saw hairs on the bed, this bothered me. towels also had stains, that surprised me. the shower was difficult. Only one of the shower heads worked, and it got only hot.
