my room had some crumbs under and around the sofa. the room hasn't been vacuumed!?!

The room had individual climate control. I could adjust the temperature. I also appreciated the late checkout time. It was noon. Breakfast was served until noon too.
The bus stop was a five minute walk.

The room was a spacious Standard Queen Room. The bed was really comfortable with crisp, fresh linen. The room had ample storage for belongings and looked out onto a garden area. Staff were friendly and happy to assist with alternatives regarding my food allergies.

This hotel was not as close to the airport as I thought. It was about 20 minutes away in a taxi. The pumps were broken. They were waiting on external maintenance to fix them. Staff apologized, but we just went round to the Toby Jug.
