the location is excellent it is five minutes from the station i enjoyed the coffee shop right outside i appreciated the team sorting my early check in.

i stayed in the friar house neo studio and it was awesome! fresh towels waited and hot showers hit the spot after exploring. each room had its own tv, a total win! we fixed snacks in the kitchen throughout my stay. what a score!
the bathroom lighting needs some help, i had a bit of trouble with my make up!

a perfect romantic getaway

Tom at reception provided a warm welcome upon our arrival after our long journey. His kindness stood out! we received an upgrade because there was availability and enjoyed a wonderful stay, so appreciated. the croissants and hot drinks in the morning were a lovely, thoughtful touch.
Some flooring in the room was coming up, i noticed a slight damp smell. It was a little cold even when the heating was on. i hope this gets addressed soon for a better experience.

The location is convenient near the central station. It's just a short walk. i also liked that downtown restaurants, shopping, and universities are accessible on foot. the room included kitchen utensils and equipment for cooking.
I wanted to watch a tv program but the tv was unable to tune in. staff promised to fix it but no one did. the light and fan over the cooker did not work so it was dark when i was cooking. the safe was also not usable as staff were junior. I couldn't store my valuables safely.

i found the staff cute and helpful throughout my stay. lukas was thorough at check-in, explaining everything clearly and housekeeper liz kept the place immaculate. manager deborah gave great local bar suggestions, and v ensured i had coffee and a good night sleep. j also made sure i had everything i needed.
the provided coffee wasn't to my taste, but it's a minor issue considering the overall experience.
