Compact and Well-Designed Stay
cute host clean bathroom handy maps
The host was very cute. He provided maps and suggested places to visit. The room was clean, and the bathroom also was super clean. I liked I had everything I needed in my room.
The rooms are a bit dated. The pressure of the shower was not strong enough. I had some noise from the front door shutting. This kept me awake.

The staff was friendly. They gave a genuine welcome and were polite throughout the stay. They were always ready to help with directions and recommendations for local spots, a very nice service.

The facilities had everything I needed and were quite comfortable. The shower, toilet, and heating all worked perfectly. Kitchen facilities were also available for me, it was a real plus.

The location was good. It was set on a quiet street near the main road. It was only a short walk to major shops and attractions in the city, it was very convenient.

tired decor weak wifi
i found the room quite basic and not as clean as i hoped , the decor felt a little tired. the bathroom had a strange smell , perhaps needing better ventilation. the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and i noticed some dust in the corners of the room , also the wifi signal was very weak in my room and i struggled to connect at all , it was frustrating.

charming stay
great location kitchen facility friendly staff
The location worked well! i could easily walk to the city center. the kitchen facility met my needs for snacks, i am charmed by their warm hospitality. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. They gave great local advice.
The room decorations seemed mismatched and tired though. I noticed some stains on the curtains. i think that needs addressing. it was dusty too.

The hotel is approximately a ten minute walk from the city centre. many shops and restaurants are located nearby. york minster is also easily accessible by foot. I went there.

The guest kitchen has adequate equipment for basic cooking. it includes a refrigerator for storing food. tea and coffee are available in both the rooms and kitchen. It was convenient.

Breakfast isn't offered. coffee and tea are readily available. sainsbury's and tesco stores are located nearby. these are suitable for purchasing food and drinks. It charmed me.

The bed provided a good night's sleep. the room felt clean and spacious. the location was convenient. Everything i needed was nearby.
The noise level was a bit high. I heard every footstep. the wifi did not work for me at all . there was a bad smell coming from the toilet.
