the staff were helpful and friendly.
room 18 was small , more like a budget hotel room than a room at this price point. the toilet smelled strongly of sewage each morning , a major issue. the bar also lacked even basic wine selections , such as pinot grigio , which was unexpected.

The venue provided fantastic organisation for our wedding day. Mark, the toastmaster, and his team followed all our plans meticulously. The place looked AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding. The food was very nice.
I was woken up early due to loud deliveries outside my room, lasting about thirty minutes. It did disturb my sleep, I wasn't happy. I did enjoy the evening before this happened. I hope the hotel improves the deliveries

I visit annually. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a lovely omelette and great coffee. Room service via WhatsApp was efficient. My beautiful double room featured a very large bed, a cozy sofa, and a separate walk-in wardrobe.
The selection of wine stocked at the bar was abysmal, no pinot grigio.
