decent stay near the center

the location is good. it is a short walk to the town center. the pub had good food and drink prices. i liked the outdoor seating area.
the rooms are very basic. i stayed in a room at the back of the car park. it was noisy a couple of evenings.

the location was close to some city attractions. the tea and coffee tray in the room was good. it was a very short walk from the car to the room.
The room i had was accessed via an external steel staircase. it felt more like a fire escape. It was not ideal. the wifi signal was terrible, so i struggled to connect. there was no view from my window. one window at height had no curtain.
