the room decor was beautiful. we checked in our bags early. the young man at reception kindly offered to check if our room was ready. a complimentary birthday drink was offered and accepted. the beds had super comfortable crisp linens. the chocolate croissants during breakfast were a sumptuous treat.
the small sinks felt a little small. i asked for a room away from the main road, but it was not delivered. noise levels were low, so it did not matter. my room felt smaller than expected, while my father's room was a good size.

The staff was helpful. They ensured i had everything i needed for a comfortable visit. the hotel is conveniently near public transport , , made it easy to get around. i found the location quite accessible, allowing quick trips to nearby attractions.

I checked in my bags early. The receptionist offered to check if my room was ready. my room was unique in decor, clean, stylish, and comfortable. the hotel provided fresh milk and water, so much better than packaged alternatives. also, a complimentary drink was offered!
the windows could not stay opened, and there was no air con. it was hard to sleep because it was too hot inside the room. not all radiators could be switched off either.

the room was immaculate and gorgeous. the staff were all very friendly and helpful , and they allowed us to store our luggage both before and after we checked in.
i do feel that there is room for improvement , hence my score. i was never advised when checking in that we had to request housekeeping , i am not sure why.

The room decor was lovely and the facilities were great. The cleanliness was amazing. The staff were helpful. I liked having free wifi. The television offered a good selection of channels, and the provided cosmetics were amazing! I had a relaxed time there.

The hotel is just a short walk, about twenty minutes, from the city center. It is also a ten-minute walk from the train station and the bus stop, which provides transport to the park and ride, very convenient for travelling.
