Check-in was easy. The communication by email beforehand was quick. Rooms were tidy and clean, and they had everything I needed for a single night stay. I appreciated the decent quality coffee and tea, and I found a fresh jug of water on arrival. The shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable (i slept like a rose!).
The photos weren't clear as to which room was which.

The location was ideal. It was near everything.
the boiler broke the first morning! we had no hot water throughout our stay. a technician only arrived as we were leaving, so he didn't fix it. the bathroom was across the corridor, and other guests tried to use it. this was really annoying

The suite included a spacious main room with a comfortable double bed located on the first floor. A modern toilet room featured excellent shower facilities. A separate flight of stairs led to another double room, complete with two double beds, modern TVs, and kettle facilities. The hotel maintained a super clean environment and emitted a pleasant aroma. The hotel provides an ideal location close to various attractions.
The entrance staircase from the street was very steep, presenting some difficulty. Getting between floors within the suite also proved challenging.

The hotel staff provided prompt assistance and maintained a high level of professionalism. Requests were handled efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Staff also addressed concerns quickly.

Central Location, Excellent Value

The location is central. The two bedroom suite provided ample space, especially appreciated . I found the shower to be particularly good. The host provided plenty of tea, coffee, and a complimentary bottle of water.
The staircase inside is very steep. This makes it less suitable for families with small children or anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect Stay for a Walking Weekend

This place met our group's needs so well. The location offered a great access to local trails. Beds felt comfy after long days. Facilities were complete, and the staff showed us around. They were responsive when needed.
I have a small remark, the staircase was surprisingly steep, it needed extra caution when carrying luggage.
