the staff was available for a late check-in, very convenient. the room was peaceful despite the location being along the main road. my coffee supplies were promptly replaced when requested. the staff were always there to help.

the location of the hotel is convenient (i walked easily to many places). the staff were very friendly and helpful .
the room was dark, due to the low watt bulb. the carpet needs a good shampooing (it would improve the room a lot).

The staff provided a warm welcome, and their thoughtfulness meant a lot. They showed real care. the new carpet was so soft. new bedding on the comfortable bed contributed to restful nights.
i had some trouble figuring out how to turn on the radiator, so the room felt a bit chilly.

the car park was mostly empty during my entire visit. i was allowed to keep my car there even after i checked out, really helpful. it made my departure smooth.

the downstairs bar offered great service. i enjoyed having it available for a relaxing drink at the end of the evening. the atmosphere was lovely.

Tina provided such a warm welcome. The staff were great my expectations. I received thoughtfulness and real care (it felt so personal!). I was allowed to keep my car in the car park after checking out.
