the staff was excellent from start to finish i really appreciate that. i arrived and found a lovely big room that included nice toiletries in the bathroom. the breakfast included in the price had plenty of options

the largest bed size available was a double i needed bigger for my family. the fans in the bathrooms are quite loud i could hear them all night. children were running around between rooms at all hours it was difficult to sleep

The staff were helpful. My room was recently decorated, so it felt nice and fresh. The pillows were lovely and puffy , made my sleep perfect (i really needed it).

The room was a bit cold. I could hear other guests opening and closing their doors because they were very heavy. There were no options for dinner at the hotel, so i had to leave to find some food.
