decent location, minor issues

clean room clean bathroom nice towels no cleaner noise issue no hair dryer

i found the room to be very clean upon arrival. the bathroom facilities were also kept clean. nice towels were provided, and they weren't too fluffy. tea being provided was a lovely touch to the room.

the main disappointment was that there was no cleaner to change our towels for three days. also, you can hear noises from other rooms very clearly, so there was no privacy. there was no hair dryer either.

beautiful decor code system excellent location

The room had BEAUTIFUL decor and a modern style that I really liked. Access to the building was easy because of the clear instructions and code system. The location was excellent, providing convenient access to nearby shops and the train station.

I found the walls to be quite thin. I could clearly hear noises from other rooms, a little disruptive.

clean room central location free parking high noise thin wall misleading name

the room was clean. it was what i expected, the location was great being just around the corner from shops! access was simple with the key code. plenty of free parking was available opposite.

the noise level was something else. we didn't sleep the whole weekend we were there and considered moving hotels after the first night! you could hear full conversations from other rooms as the walls are thin. the name "central hotel" is misleading, it is actually a guesthouse!

Awesome Stay!

modern room fantastic location hassle-free arrival clean bathroom

I was very pleased with the modern room that had a lovely en suite. The location was fantastic and I found the arrival process was hassle-free. The room was comfortable, I loved how clean everything was when I arrived. The bathroom facilities were super clean too.

The radiator was on full heat. I tried turning it off, but it was still hot, so it was unbearable.

The customer service was very helpful and great, it was very simple to access with the key code we had been given. The staff were accommodating they changed the room. I liked tea being provided. This was a lovely touch.
