short cord alley view
The room felt quite cramped I had to put the kettle on the floor because the cord was too short to reach an outlet. The photos seemed better than the real thing plus I paid extra hoping for a view I ended up staring at an alley. I expected more for the price other hotels I visited offered better value.

the location was perfect, very close to the high-end stores and restaurants. the room was clean and tidy. the bed was a good size, and the curtains were thick.
the room was very small. the cups were paper. the room had a massive window on the first floor facing the street, so the curtain stayed closed for privacy.

clean hotel helpful staff early check-in
I found the hotel to be clean and well-organized. The phone charging ports were convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the reception staff found a room for early check-in when I asked to drop my bags.
