The location had excellent access to transportation and central areas. the staff provided warm welcomes and helpful service from check-in to check-out. cleanliness was very great. My room felt super clean with a very clean shower and soft fluffy towels.
no iron was in my room or available when i asked for one . i needed one for meetings and it was not nice.

The main hotel doors locked at night. I needed a keycard to enter. the lobby had a nice lounge area. the hotel offers late check outs on sundays.

The room had a strong shower. It was just what i needed after a long day! my room also had a good size. the decor was very clean and fresh, which i appreciate. the central location was amazing and i loved being so close to everything!!!
I wish the hotel provided an iron in the room. That would have been helpful.

small roomextractor absence
the room was quite small and lacked a closet. the bathroom did not have an extractor fan (i found this strange). the cleaning was also skipped one day, despite us leaving the room around 10 am with cleaning scheduled until 2 pm.
