the room was spacious, and the facilities were superb. i particularly enjoyed the restaurant and bar area with its distinctive design. the breakfast selection had high-quality items, though i would have liked a wider fruit variety.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy in the room.

the room included a comfortable bed.
The breakfast was quite poor. The toast was cold and mass-produced. a £5 tray delivery charge was added even though breakfast was included. the public areas lacked seating. The reception area had only two office chairs.

my executive king bedroom was very spacious. the reception team was friendly. they called the room after check-in to ensure i was happy. it was nice they checked if i needed anything.
i found the fitness area rather small. the room lacked adequate ventilation. i thought there were too many carpets and curtains.

comfortable bed modern decor separate tub reliable wifi
Our room was pristine and well-appointed with a comfortable king-size bed (so soft!) and modern decor. the bathroom was super clean and had a separate soaking tub with premium toiletries. the in-room wifi was fast and reliable. I was able to easily stream movies. we especially enjoyed the turndown service that included chocolates and fresh towels.
i noticed some minor wear on the furniture, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

the staff were very kind and helpfulwith an excellent atmosphere. i thank sherman and wayne for being so attentive and friendly. the hotel is well located near the city centre, with easy parking. i found the overall customer experience excellent.
i noticed the restaurant had overhead lights, which felt a bit like a canteen

The staff helped keep a car space, as I needed a disabled space, and it was kept for our return after my event. I also got a room upgrade. The room was very clean and immaculate. I got extra pillows as requested.

the staff were helpful in arranging birthday decorations. the breakfast was fair and enjoyable. i was pleased with the overall service at the hotel (especially with my allergies).
there were limited cereal options available. i thought the hotel could improve this. the bed wasn't as comfortable as i expected it to be. there were only two sets of pillows on an extra-large bed.
