coffee facilitiesfriendly staffhigh noise
the room had tea and coffee facilities. it also had a side door, so it was great as the pub was quite busy. the staff were very friendly.. free parking was a plus, though a little tight, i managed just fine. i'd definitely return.
i read reviews mentioning noise levels. it was loud as i felt almost at a table in the bar until 1 am. the music was cranked way up. i had a hard time because i had my dog with me, and he heard every bump and barked.

the staff were very helpful with directions. they seemed happy to assist with requests. i needed an extra towel and it was brought to my room quickly.

The location is close to many amenities. The staff members were friendly. I found the room and bathroom to be clean. The bed was comfortable.
The music went on until 1:30 AM. The website said the pub would close at 11 PM on weekends. Earplugs were provided. It was quite noisy above a busy pub.

The location was very convenient. It was easy to reach nearby attractions. the staff was friendly! i received free parking from the hotel, though it was a little tight to maneuver. the room was clean. It included tea and coffee making facilities.
the volume from the pub downstairs was noticeable.

the staff were friendly the room was lovely warm and clean the shower was good i liked the ideal location parking was a bonus though it's a bit tight getting out of the car park if you have a big car. i made a special request and my message was answered quickly and fully filled on arrival.
the bed was uncomfortable i was unable to sleep the pillows were old two were stuffed in one pillow case there were no hygiene covers like bricks we left after one night couldn't face another sleepless night.

the bar downstairs offered lively entertainment creating a fun atmosphere there was a good selection of drinks available and the staff were very attentive in the bar area providing prompt service and a cute environment.

the room featured a fan blackout blinds and curtains ensuring a cool environment the provided miniature toiletries and tea and coffee facilities enhanced convenience and the shower worked well providing a good water pressure and temperature.

the location is central to many attractions offering easy access to various points of interest the harbor view from the room was fantastic providing a scenic backdrop and the hotel is situated on the harbor front with no hills to climb.
