The food was good. I had two lovely evening meals and two breakfasts, all tasty and beautifully presented. The table presentation was really nice, and the food looked just as good as it tasted. I appreciated the good, friendly atmosphere and the staff were the best, especially katey, sue and greg, nothing was too much trouble.
the fire escape light in the room, was REALLY bright. it disturbed my sleep considerably, due to the room being so lit up.

The facilities were GREAT. This included some really nice home-made touches, SUCH AS marmalade. The food was delicious. This place provided a nice stay. Outdoor seating was available , SO I could enjoy the outside.

The staff offered really good service and attention. I found the food varied , and it was cooked to an excellent standard in the dining room. Breakfast provided a good choice , and the locally sourced ingredients were excellent. The building was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable.
The room had an overhead emergency safety light with a very bright green lamp that stayed on permanently. This made it almost impossible to sleep well.

The location was quiet . It provided convenient access to the surrounding area , allowing for easy exploration of local attractions and picturesque landscapes. I found the setting ideal for relaxation.
