an okay stay
clean room polite staff missing soap faulty window
the location was convenient. it was less than ten minutes to the tower. the staff were polite, and the room was very clean. i appreciate that.
the window did not shut properly. it got noisy at night. there was also no hand soap in the bathroom, so i had to use my own.

great service comfortable room
The location is close to the front and town center. Will and Darcey, the owners, AND the staff are lovely and provide great service. I was charmed by this. The rooms were also comfortable.
The hotel is somewhat old.

perfect budget stay!
great shower smart tv perfect size
this place was AMAZING! the room size was great for two people. it had a little dresser and a smart tv, i was very happy. the shower had AMAZING pressure and hot water. a kettle and mugs were available in the room!!!
the whole place is a little run down. with some effort, it could be a really lovely place!

cereal and brew stuff were left out in the hall for everyone. this allowed guests to have a quick breakfast or a warm drink. i found this to be a very useful addition!

the room included a mini fridge, this was perfect for storing drinks. also, there was a smart tv so i could keep up with my favourite shows. the room size was comfortable.

the staff was lovely, very accommodating, and very understanding. they were also very lovely towards my other half and kids. i felt very welcome .

the location is very central. it offers quick and easy access to the main attractions. this made it easy to explore the surrounding area. public transport is also very accessible.

comfortable bed high pressure good location
The bed in the room was comfortable. The private bathroom was reasonable with a high pressure shower. I found parking without difficulty. Customer service was suitable for my needs. The location is great, very close to many town attractions.

flea bites bug issue
the price was good, and the room was okay for just sleeping.
i woke up with several bites. my partner also had bites, and we saw a flea jump off his leg. the bites and bugs were really disappointing, especially after trying to stay positive.
