Decent Stay
nice room gorgeous bathroom cold room unavailable staff
The room was really nice. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was gorgeous. I especially liked the fixtures.
When we arrived, the room was cold. We hoped to rest but had to wait for the heating. There are no staff on site, so things like this cannot be fixed immediately.

The self check-in process was straightforward. My room included a vintage-looking bathtub. The room was cozy, so it was easy to feel right at home. The hotel offered great communication from the very beginning.
The location of my room was next to the back door, and I noticed it was not soundproofed. I could hear the door closing and opening.

Communication happened via WhatsApp. Responses took about an hour. The hotel provides complimentary caramels. There is no daily towel change. They change every three days, but I got new towels on request. There are no staff on site.
