fair experience overall
friendly staff perfect location ongoing refurbishment unavailable bar
the room was large, and it was located perfectly. staff members were very friendly here. huge variety of breakfast items were available.

the location of the hotel was good. it allowed for easy access to several attractions. the breakfast offered a nice selection, i found options to my liking. the lobby provided complimentary hot chocolate during the day, a welcome treat.
i found the soundproofing to be insufficient, i could hear neighbor conversations easily. this made it difficult to find seating during peak hours.

great staff great breakfast spacious room visible dust old furniture quick bite
the staff were just GREAT, friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great and offered so much variety. the room was spacious and unbelievably well equipped.
the hotel was just okay OVERALL. the rooms were spacious and warm, but not the cleanest i've stayed in, there was visible dust. the furniture also felt a bit old and tired.

Wonderful stay near the university
great location spacious room adequate breakfast
The hotel's proximity to the university proved convenient. A short walk got me to the castle. I appreciated that. My room included a large sink, a dishwasher, and sufficient crockery for meal preparation. I found the breakfast to be acceptable.
Internet was unavailable for several hours. I couldn't contact reception. The phone lacked connection, which raised safety concerns during emergencies. Such a basic service should function without fail.

The breakfast area had a good variety of options, including hot and cold selections. I was grateful for that. Plenty of pastries, fruit, and cereals were present, alongside eggs, sausages, and bacon. It was a comprehensive spread. Coffee, tea, and juices were readily available.

roomy layout quiet facility hot foods
The suite had a roomy layout that i enjoyed. The facility was quiet, so i slept well. Hot foods were served at breakfast, great!!!
The corridor leading to the lifts was a bit dilapidated.

underwhelming stay, needs improvement
rude staff broken tv
The so-called breakfast area was a joke. it was basically in the reception and always crowded (a real scrum to get anything). the utensils seemed dirty. Everything reeked of eggs and meat. the staff acted rude when i complained. Zero hospitality, really annoying. the room also had its issues. the tv didn't work and no one bothered to fix it even after i mentioned it multiple times.
