Wonderful stay near the university
great locationspacious roomadequate breakfastinternet issue
The hotel's proximity to the university proved convenient. A short walk got me to the castle. I appreciated that. My room included a large sink, a dishwasher, and sufficient crockery for meal preparation. I found the breakfast to be acceptable.
Internet was unavailable for several hours. I couldn't contact reception. The phone lacked connection, which raised safety concerns during emergencies. Such a basic service should function without fail.

The breakfast area had a good variety of options, including hot and cold selections. I was grateful for that. Plenty of pastries, fruit, and cereals were present, alongside eggs, sausages, and bacon. It was a comprehensive spread. Coffee, tea, and juices were readily available.

The suite had a roomy layout that i enjoyed. The facility was quiet, so i slept well. Hot foods were served at breakfast, great!!!
The corridor leading to the lifts was a bit dilapidated.

underwhelming stay, needs improvement
rude staffbroken tv
The so-called breakfast area was a joke. it was basically in the reception and always crowded (a real scrum to get anything). the utensils seemed dirty. Everything reeked of eggs and meat. the staff acted rude when i complained. Zero hospitality, really annoying. the room also had its issues. the tv didn't work and no one bothered to fix it even after i mentioned it multiple times.
