Mixed Experience. Several Shortcomings
room noisemissing remote
The room was not properly prepared, as I found several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The noise from adjacent rooms was audible late into the night. I requested a quiet room but this was evidently not taken into account. The television remote was also missing. It took over an hour for a replacement to be delivered. The staff did not apologize for this delay. The whole experience was rather irritating.

uncomfortable bedcold dishes
the room felt a bit tired even though it was clean. the bed wasn't very comfortable, i barely slept. breakfast was okay, but some dishes were cold. i think they could pay more attention to details.

Amazing Hotel Experience!

The welcome at the hotel was super friendly. Luis greeted me with a great attitude and told me about the amenities the place has. I dined at the hotel restaurant and Bhaskar's team offered friendly service and the cheesesteak he recommended was amazing.
The gym felt a bit cramped, with machines close together, it made spotting during bench press hard.

The breakfast included a tasty buffet with hot cooked food available. Staff will cook the food on request and offer a menu containing multiple types of foods to chose from. There are options for everyone.

The hotel has a small gym with the basics for a good workout. There is a steam room and jacuzzi, but the pool is more for sitting or standing. It is good.

The staff members are super helpful and friendly. Felipe is wonderful and always makes guests feel welcome. Gamze was efficient and provided a genuinely warm welcome, and Sachin is super efficient.

the staff was very attentive . i found them always helpful (it really made a difference). the room i had was a good size with a comfortable bed. i also appreciated the hot shower each morning.
the parking fee felt quite expensive. the pool seemed smaller than i expected. i found the lift being out of service a real inconvenience.
