the air conditioning was fixed at 22 degrees it was too warm i had to open the window the fans outside were noisy enough to wake me up i did not sleep well because of this constant noise.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. the room I had was clean. I found the hotel easy to access directly from the carpark! it was really convenient as I wanted to visit the royal armouries museum, just a short walk away.
during my stay, basic amenities such as bottled water were not provided. also, the breakfast menu remained unchanged each morning, which became a little monotonous!
