The reception staff were helpful upon arrival. The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast included a range of food choices. The staff checked us in before the standard check-in time. The room was a great size. I found the room clean. Breakfast was awesome. We were allowed to leave our bags after check-out.

The staff extended immense help. Their cute attitude. I appreciated the clean room. It really helped me relax after a long travel. The provided breakfast had many options. Everything tasted delicious.
The TV was a bit difficult. I needed help using it properly.

friendly staff efficient process fresh towels
the staff were friendly and helpful i found the check in process efficient thanks to ilaria fresh towels were provided promptly when asked for our group of three breakfast had many well organised options to choose from
i noticed the shower plug hole needed cleaning as it was full of hair and had an unpleasant smell i think a bit of bleach would solve it

the rooms were cosy and clean i liked the toiletries provided in the bathroom. Breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. the staff members were very helpful and friendly to all guests.
