the staff are really friendly, i liked that. the location are good, it is close to the station. breakfast had a good bar area.
the tv was poor, it didn't work well. the noise from the shower was very loud and disturbed my sleep.

the hotel's location proved convenient (it was close to attractions). the staff were friendly and helpful . the room was clean and tidy. i found the value for money to be good.
I found only one electric power socket available on one side of the bed. This was inconvenient. i had only one option to charge my phone on my side of the bed.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, especially with fresh food being constantly brought out.
The bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor. I informed the receptionist, and while they attempted to address it, a lingering smell remained. The coffee from the machine tasted poor. Fruits lacked flavor.

The staff at check-in were helpful, securing my bicycle after a long ride. The location is very close to the train station, made travel easy. I found multiple charging points for my devices in the room, a practical feature.

The location was convenient near the train station.
The carpets in the hallways looked old and smelled musty. The car park was expensive at £11 per day. One elevator was out of service. The other one worked intermittently (it was quite inconvenient).

i found the hotel close to transport options. the staff were helpful (especially when i needed directions). breakfast included many options, including a full english. the room was nice and neat.
the air conditioning made noise during the night. it turned on and off frequently. i adjusted the settings multiple times, yet i could not get it to maintain a constant temperature.
