The location was excellent with a great welcome at check in. i opted for the room, breakfast, and meal package. It was superb value. the room was immaculate and super comfortable. the food was AMAZING!!!
i had to pay £15 for car parking in their own car park, unexpected.

i felt so pampered. the room had a roll top bath that looked perfect after our wedding. the beds felt plush and the bedding was soft. every staff member had a friendly smile.
the bar area became quite busy later in the evening, its volume did filter slightly into quieter parts of the lobby. i found this barely affected our stay.

i found the room lovely and the staff attentive. Breakfast was GREAT and the parking was really useful. The hotel let us enjoy the area with a great homecoming each day. i REALLY enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone.
I must say the room was a LITTLE chilly. I couldn't adjust the heating myself which was a very minor inconvenience

the room decorations. a cigar shack was a special touch. ample parking it was a pleasant walk into town. Sultana and check in staff were friendly, so great!
the room i stayed in was occasionally noisy because of the footsteps of people above. this happened at 5:30am and 2:30am. it was not the nicest thing.

The location are good. I walked about 15 minutes into the center. it also has its own parking, rare in a city. my room was an apartment. It was massive and beautifully laid out with a large bedroom area.
the room needed a quick dusting on the lamps, it wasn't checked before my arrival.
