The bed offered little comfort. Springs seemed to protrude everywhere. Street noise infiltrated the room. Sleep suffered as a result. perhaps earplugs should be provided to ameliorate this problem.

the location was indeed central. staff members were helpful and friendly (thanks!). the room was super clean and cozy. i really appreciated that they left chocolates in the room for our birthdays.
the noise from outside was quite loud. even with the blinds, light entered throughout the night. early morning bottle bin emptying also disturbed our sleep.

the hotel enjoys a superb location right in the city center. this provides easy access to key attractions. nearby public parking at q-park is a notable benefit, especially with the discount code provided.

the breakfast offered a great variety of choices. we found the food quality very good and the breakfast service efficient. i also enjoyed an evening meal at the forest restaurant, with excellent and reasonably priced food.

the room was spacious and well-equipped. it included nice toiletries and provided sufficient comfort for our stay. i found the bed especially comfortable, and the shower provided a powerful and warm stream.
