the hotel provided a great location directly on the harbour. the views were lovely. i appreciated the new outdoor terrace that faced the harbour and beach. this feature certainly enhanced my stay.
The staff was not very friendly when i arrived. i wanted to check in early, but i was told no. i felt the facilities were overpriced, especially when i saw it was cheaper on their website.

the room was clean, though i found some issues.
The breakfast service was disappointing. I asked for poached eggs on brown bread, yet i received only one piece of toast. a request for two hash browns resulted in just one being served. this mistake and the limited quantity did not meet expectations for a breakfast service, particularly considering other guests received different portions.
