a simple place, great service

the staff was friendly and allowed an early check-in, a great plus. breakfast was nice and full, and i appreciated the freshly cooked items. i also noticed convenient free parking, which helped with city access, given the drive needed.

the room felt dated, especially the closet and sink. the walls felt thin, i could hear hallway noise, including vacuuming early in the morning. the shower water was also inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold.

The room was clean. There was a good shower. The staff were amazing and could not have done more for us. The location was fantastic.

The wall sockets are floor level. I had to put the kettle on the floor to make a cup of tea. Showers are shared and one door did not close properly.

lovely annex stay

amazing breakfastfriendly staffearly noise

breakfast was amazing it included many options i appreciated the easy quick check in process the friendly staff also booked a taxi for me the bed was comfortable offering a good night's sleep after my travels the room was clean.

the noise was a problem a lorry arrived early with a catering delivery which unloaded outside my window early on saturday morning recycling was emptied early on sunday morning then cleaners started laundry.

The room felt cramped , not at all like the pictures online. also , the tv barely worked . The signal kept cutting out. the noise from other guests was pretty bad , i could hear everything happening next door.

The staff was really friendly. They allowed us to check in early. we also left our luggage there after checking out. the shared bathroom and toilet facilities were clean. it was easy to reach the city center by bus.

The noise was a real issue. Not just from the other guests! a lorry arrived early saturday for a catering delivery, unloading right outside our window for 40 minutes.
